Refund and Returns Policy for MARJIVO:

– MARJIVO does not accept exchanges or returns for opened or used products once sold or delivered, as opened or damaged products cannot be reused.

– In case a product is received in a damaged condition (broken, leakage, etc.), refunds or replacements will only be processed if informed within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by video proof of unboxing.

– Customers can reach out for assistance by emailing at marjivoexports@gmail.com

– All returns and exchanges requests are subject to inspection and approval by MARJIVO.

– Damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application will not be covered under this policy.

– Once a return request is accepted, Returns or Replacement will be done within 30 business days of receiving the product. 

– A refund is applicable if an order is cancelled either before shipment or within 24 hours of order placement, whichever occurs earlier. If accepted, refunds will be credited within 7 business days. 

-If a Refund is applicable, the amount will refunded via the same payment mode used during the order placement.

– No refunds will be issued after the order has been shipped, and no refunds will be granted once goods are sold.
